This May, inspired by a long familiarity with our garden, I’ve selected four pieces that grew out of observation, sketches, photographs and memory. Nostalgia softens edges and lets each painting sit somewhere between record and imagination. Most importantly, these paintings are inspired by home, literally and otherwise, and I hope that comes through.
