ORDERS & SHIPPING:

There are a number of shipping restrictions at the time. Please refer to this blog post for more information: Shipping Updates

• Please double-check sizes before ordering. If you have questions, I’m very glad to help.

• Your new artwork will be shipped out within 5 business days. All purchases ship fully insured. You will receive a tracking number once your package is with the courier.

• All purchases over $500 CAD require a signature on delivery to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If you would like to add this for purchases under $500, or if you would like to waive the signature, please contact me immediately after completing your transaction.

• Delivery times vary by location. Your tracking number will give you an estimate, but due to a number of external factors I cannot be responsible for shipping delays.

• Buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes - these are typically calculated at checkout. If you have any questions please get in touch: hello@lauraknowles.art

• Packaging matches the size of the piece: works on paper under 9x12 inches ship in a rigid mailer and are wrapped in glassine and protective padding; larger pieces on paper, as well as all works on canvas and cradled panel, are carefully packed in sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery.

• Oil paintings have depth and texture that’s difficult to fully capture on screen. Colors are shown as accurately as possible, but may vary by device. If you have a specific color question please contact me.

• There are several ways to display oil paintings depending on the look you prefer. I’m always happy to offer guidance, or you can consult your local framer for options that suit your space.

• The materials used in this painting are archival and proper care is important to keep it looking its best. By purchasing this piece, you acknowledge responsibility for keeping the artwork in a stable environment, away from direct sunlight, moisture, high humidity, and extreme temperature changes.

• Purchases can also be made at my Etsy shop: lauraknowlesart.etsy.com Please note, Etsy pricing reflects third-party platform fees.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on physical items only. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the paintings arrival. If you’d like to start a return, please contact me as soon as possible. If the packaging was damaged in shipping please photograph before and after opening. Returns must be packaged appropriately for safe travel, and shipping must be insured - these will be at the buyers expense.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once a piece has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
