- Due to the Canada Post national strike, I am pausing delivery to PO boxes. All packages will require a street address at this time. Thanks for your understanding.

- Oil paintings have depth and texture that’s difficult to fully capture on screen. Colors are shown as accurately as possible, but may vary by device. If you have a specific color question please don't hesitate to message me.

- There are several ways to display oil paintings depending on the look you prefer. I’m always happy to offer guidance, or you can consult your local framer for options that suit your space.

- All materials used in this painting are archival and proper care is important to keep it looking its best. By purchasing this piece, you acknowledge responsibility for keeping it in a stable environment, away from direct sunlight, moisture, high humidity, and extreme temperature changes.

- Please double-check sizes before ordering. If you have questions, I’m very glad to help, and respond to messages quickly.

- All original artwork ships fully insured.

- All purchases over $100CAD require a signature on delivery to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If you would like to have a signed delivery for purchases under this amount, please contact me immediately after completing your transaction.

- Packaging matches the size of the piece: works on paper under 9x12 inches ship in a rigid mailer and are wrapped in glassine and protective padding; larger pieces on paper, as well as all works on canvas, are carefully packed in sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery.

- Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes. Delivery times vary by location.

- For US collectors: On Friday, August 29, the US ended the "de minimus" tariff exemption. As of right now, original artwork is still exempt and you won't be charged additional fees when your artwork arrives. I'm staying up to date of changes and the studio is running as usual.

RETURNS

- Returns are accepted for any reason. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the paintings arrival. If you’d like to start a return, please contact me as soon as possible. If the packaging was damaged in shipping please photograph before and after opening. Returns must be packaged appropriately for safe travel, and shipping must be insured - these will be at the buyers expense.
